Proudly Serving Central Wisconsin
Please take note that all septic tanks, mound systems, and grease trap covers need to be dug out prior to service. If any system cover is not completely dug out at the time of service, our driver will dig the cover and there will be a dig charge added to your service cost.
Again, please have all system covers fully accessible prior to your service date to avoid any dig fee! Thank you again for your understanding and continued business.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule septic tank pumping in Wisconsin?
We recommend pumping your septic tank every 3 years, per County Zoning Department (POWTS) maintenance requirements. Holding tanks need more frequent service based on usage. We file all service paperwork for you.
What does it cost to pump my septic, holding tank, or grease trap?
Pricing depends on your tank size, cover accessibility, and type of waste. If covers aren’t dug out beforehand, a dig fee applies. Contact our office with your tank details for an accurate quote.
Which counties in Central Wisconsin do you serve?
We proudly serve Waupaca, Portage, Waushara, Adams, Marquette, and Green Lake counties—including Wautoma and Waupaca locations.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency septic or drain cleaning services?
Yes—we’re available 24/7 for septic, holding tank, drain cleaning, or grease trap emergencies. Call either Allyn at 920‑765‑1903 or Clay at 920‑765‑0170.
What additional services do you provide beyond pumping?
We also handle residential and commerce drain cleaning, riser installs, tank filter cleaning, and grease trap maintenance.
How large are your septic trucks and what equipment do you use?
Our fleet includes five trucks with capacities from 2,300 to 6,000 gallons, plus a drain cleaning van equipped with Spartan, Ridgid®, and General equipment.
Do you file service reports with the County?
Absolutely—we file all septic and holding tank service paperwork with your County Zoning Department after every service.
What should I do to prepare for your service visit?
Before we arrive, please dig out all septic, mound, or grease trap covers to avoid additional dig fees.
How can I tell if my septic tank is full or needs pumping?
Common signs include slow drains, sewage odors, or backups. If you suspect your tank is full, call us—we’ll inspect and advise whether pumping or repairs are needed.
What payment options do you offer? Is financing available?
We accept multiple payment methods. Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards. (Payment, in full, is due at time of service.)
How do I locate my septic tank or determine its capacity?
If the tank isn’t visible, we can help locate it and estimate capacity during service. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment.
Do I need a filter or riser installed on my septic tank?
Yes—tank filters help prevent solids from entering the drainfield, and risers make routine maintenance easier. We install and clean both as needed.
